Today let's make the chicken Buna Masala I'm going to heat 5 tablespoons of oil 1 Inch of cinnamon 1 black cardamom 5 Green cardamoms 10 peppercorns 10 cloves And now I'm going to add one and a half Inch of Ginger that I have finely Chopped and now I'm going to add seven Onions that I have finely chopped Teaspoon of salt while we are frying the Onions I'm going to add five tomatoes That I have chopped here now let's add Up two tablespoons of red chili powder Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder 2 Tablespoons of coriander seed powder Saute this for a minute and now I'm Going to add 1 kg of chicken a teaspoon Of garam masala now add 1 cup of beaten Yogurt coriander leaves and I'm going to Mix this well again And our chicken Buna Masala is ready to Be served
