牛腩600克 – 600g of beef brisket
牛筋約300克 – 300g of beef tendon
薯仔1個 – One potato
薑3片 – 3 slices of ginger
洋蔥半個 – half an onion
紅椒1條 – 1 red pepper
香茅2條 – 2 stalks of lemongrass
香葉1塊 – 1 bay leaf
小蒜2個 – 2 cloves of garlic
紅蔥頭1個 – 1 shallot
黑胡椒粒1湯匙 – 1tbsp of black peppercorn
老抽1茶匙 – 1tsp of dark soy sauce
咖喱粉2茶匙 – 2tsp of curry powder
咖喱油120克 – 120g of curry paste
椰漿100毫升 – 100ml of coconut cream
辣椒油1茶匙 – 1tsp of chilli oil
鹽(隨意) – Salt to taste
