Let's end this year and begin the
new year with the Dilkhush Kebabs And just like their name, I'm sure they
are going to satiate your heart as well. For these Kebabs,
I'm using boneless breast pieces Which I'm going to thinly slice. You need a nice sharp knife for this. Don't worry about the size of
the pieces or the fillets that come We can adjust that later. With the roller pin, I'm going to further thin down the slices By just using it like a hammer. Now, let's prepare the marinade. For the marinade, I'm going to use 3 tbsp. of Cream. 1/2 a tsp. of Garlic Paste. 1/2 a tsp. of Ginger Paste. 1/2 a tsp. of Green Chilli Paste. 1/2 a tsp. of Pepper Powder And some Salt to taste. Let's mix this well. And apply this marination to the meat. And now, let's leave it aside
to rest for at least 15-20 mins. Now, let's stuff the slices of chicken
with some grated cheese and chillies. So here I have one cup of cheese, And 3-4 Green Chillies
that I have finely chopped. And secure it with a toothpick. The chicken is stuffed And now, we are going to
cook it on a Tawa or a pan. A tbsp. of Butter. And before the butter burns,
let's just put the pieces of chicken on this. We have to cook this on a very low flame Because we don't want the butter
and the cream to just burn away. So on a low flame, let it cook in its own juices. Now, after 2-3 mins… You flip these kebabs. Remove the toothpicks and let
them cook on the other side as well. This really doesn't take too long because
we have very thin slices of chicken.
Let's add a little Butter. Now, let's sprinkle some
cheese on top of this. A tsp. of Chilli Flakes. And now, let's cover this
and cook it on a low flame For at least 10 mins. After 5-6 mins… You will see that the
chicken is releasing its juices. Let it cook into that. Let the juices dry up and
then let the fat separate And that means your chicken is done. As you can see, the fat
has separated out here. Our Dilkhush Kebabs are ready. Now, let's plate them. Now, you know, why it's
called a Dilkhush Kebab. Who does not like
cream, cheese, and butter? It's an easy recipe. Do try it, let me know, and wish you a very very happy new year.
