How to freeze Japanese Curry!
1. pick up potate and carrot
2. mash it and put it back
3. heat curry up
4. bribg to boil and simmer flr 3mins
5. cool curry with icy watet
6. put curry into resealable bag
7. write name and date
8. put them in freezer
9. consume within one month
(freezing tips)
▪Mash potato and carrot. Because it tastes like sponge after thaw.
▪bring to boil and simmer for 3mins, because of killing pathogen
▪remove excess air when you seal the bag
▪consume frozen curry within one month
▪consume curry within 2-3days if you keep curry in fridge
