1 TSP PANCH PHORON
2 TBSP GARLIC PASTE, 1 TBSP GINGER PASTE
1 / 1.5 TSP SALT (SALT TO TASTE)
3 TSP KASHMIRI CHILLI POWDER, 2 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 2 TSP CURRY POWDER, 3 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1 TSP CUMIN POWDER, 0.5 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, 1 TSP KASOORI METHI, 0.5 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1 TBSP TOMATO PUREE
350-420G FRESH TOMATO PUREE
4 GREEN CHILLI
8-10 CHERRY TOMATO
HANDFUL FRESH CORIANDER

Welcome everybody to another episode of Latex inspired today a very special dish Loves a requests for a lamb dish and I Thought why not the most popular lamb Dish on the menu lamb Rogan Josh And now This lovely cherry tomatoes Thick red sauce Here are all your ingredients Everybody’s been asking for red meat so I’m using lamb 1 kg here this is lamb Leg they just cut it up into steaks and I’m gonna just cut it up into cubes and The offcuts I’m going to use for Rice so If you want to see the recipe let me Know in the comment section and I may do A little video of it these are the Lovely ingredients fresh ginger and Garlic oh look at these cherry tomatoes Look at that stash of spices beautiful Let’s cook this amazing Roven Josh so Let’s turn the gas on Bismillah I’m gonna need four tablespoons of just Vegetable oil I’m gonna add one tablespoon of pure Buttery here’s the lamb that I cut up Nice big chunky like two inch cubes Because lamb shrinks so you don’t want It to be small pieces big pieces is Absolutely gorgeous when you’re eating It these are the offcuts of the Lamb This feels an amazing rice dish that you Need to try so put on the comment Section if you want to see it and I’ll
See oil and the ghee is heated up now These are your garum masalas four cloves Four cardamoms you can smash It Whack It In one bay leaf I know these are you Feel sorry for me that’s the only Cinnamon that I have left and I couldn’t Go to the shop because I’ve been very Busy so if you’re using cinnamon which Is the cassia bark just use about two Inch thick right this is a Bangladeshi Dish so I’m using punch prawn a good one Teaspoon We’re using loads of garlic guys so this Is one Two tablespoons One good tablespoon of ginger Gas wasn’t a high just put it on a low Give this a mix And let that rawness of that ginger and Garlic go away so salt to taste I’m Using a good one teaspoon you can use More or less if you wish 1 kg one Teaspoon to a one and a half is Perfectly fine you don’t want to add too Much Right those beautiful lamb going in Crank up the heat to a high It’s going to be a lot of fat and a lot Of liquid coming out of this land and Let this cook for a few minutes And keep an eye on it Right people it’s been a good five six Minutes Checked out ginger and garlic
Is sort of now being fried it is Catching at the bottom so we’re going to Avoid that so let’s deglaze the pan so That’s one cup of boiling water So that’s two cups now So put the lid on So now medium high heat And we just want to soften up the lamb This process can take up to 30 minutes 45 minutes or so be very patient now Keep an eye on it every five ten minutes Guys right chefs I can hear and the Water has reduced quite a fair bit there You’ve got As you can see here the oil is sort of Separating Now you know the water has evaporated I Want to cook it for a good 30 minutes so What I’m going to do Add one more cup of water So it was three three cups in total put It later on and come back to it and Right chefs now This meat has been cooking away for a Good 30 minutes and the last five Minutes I actually reduced it right now Can you see it there oh it has separated Wonderful this is so right so I’m just Going to go through the spices so two Teaspoons of chili powder this is three Teaspoon of coriander powder two Teaspoon of General curry powder I know It’s a British thing and one teaspoon of Cumin half a teaspoon of turmeric and
This is kashmiri chili powder this is Three teaspoons I love the flavor and it Brings a fantastic color so it’s not as Hot as these chili powder however this Chili powder that I’m using is extra hot So if you want a medium use one teaspoon If you want it sort of a nice Madras Style just less than the drawers nice Kick to it just use it with these um two Teaspoons if you want vindaloo whacking Four teaspoon people that’s what this is A lot This is the seasoning I’m using one Tablespoon of tomato puree now I know a Lot of people use tinned Tomatoes this Is about 420 grams of this is just fresh Tomato seed skin and all I love it it Feels a fantastic flavor and this is Going to be be the thickener into a nice Gravy this is going to be beautiful There you go You’re ready for a treat chefs what We’re going to do now booner everything Together so if you haven’t guys make Sure to press the like button share my Content to friends and family or Facebook groups Instagram Etc I really do appreciate appreciate it It’s a lot of hard work And I want you to have the most amazing Dishes at home that’s my target there You go look at that look at that color Wonderful so let this cook for a good Five minutes
Together put the kettle on again I’m Gonna use some boiling water to create The lovely thick sauce one right chefs If you’re one of those people that gets Really excited about food that’s that’s What’s happening to me now oh my god oh My god wow Wow Wow Let’s put these bad boys So just take that tip off just like that Work in oh my gosh The divine One Two cups Give it a nice mix Put the lid on So the medium high heat I’ll come back To it in about 10 minutes this process Can take 10-15 minutes people wonderful All right it’s been a good 10 minutes Okay that’s heavenly Proper fat sauce Siri messy guys About a teaspoon so I’ll go to pinches Crush it when you’re working it in There you go Let’s just lift the flavor Garam masala Okay Half a teaspoon so I’ve got two pinches Cherry tomatoes about a good tin cherry Tomato Loads of tomatoes in this dish coriander Good handful of coriander wow
With this Curry let them up Amazing so put it on a Low heat Cover the lid and come back to it in a Good five minutes or so Amazing Amazing look a lot Wow Right chefs so this is the amazing lamb Rogan Josh very simple one pot dish and Now let’s give it a try Right so lamb rug and Josh so I’ve been Cooking away for just over an hour and Now it’s time to taste this is amazing Check it out Looks wonderful oh there you go Yep Beautiful Thick sauce hug in the lamb Bismillah Wow Now the lamb is not soft Falling apart I’ve got a little slight Little bite to it I like that nice Tender pieces of lamb if you like it Really soft falling apart you have to Cook it for a good one hour and a half However I like it with a nice little Feel in my mouth so this Fantastic dish I made it nice and spicy See that Wonderful right so lamb Rogan Josh very Flavorful very easy lovely colors Amazing dish now if you enjoy my recipes Don’t forget to like share and subscribe
