600g Boneless Chicken
4 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp ghee
4 Cardimon, 1 Cinnamon, 1 Bay leaf (tez pata)
1 tbsp Ginger paste, 1.5 tbsp Garlic paste
3 medium/large tomato
1 fresh Whole Naga
1 handful Fresh Coriander
2 Cups Boiling Water
Spice:
1 tsp Mild Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder

Welcome everybody to another episode of Latif's inspired today a lovely little Dish for you guys I've just come back From Bangladesh so I bought some Ingredients back I got some Naga chilies See it there and this is one of my Favorite dishes it's the karahi baboon At style karahi so this is chicken check This out Chicken cooked in a lovely tomato thick Gravy and loaves of Naga now if you Watch till the end you're gonna see this Amazing recipe from scratch and me Tasting the dish I'm looking forward to It it's going to be nice and spicy and Wonderful color chicken naga Buna karahi Wonderful dish stay tuned here are all The ingredients This lovely Naga off the tree Buying Tomatoes these are absolutely Gorgeous And all the spices Ginger garlic It's about 600 grams of chicken fresh Coriander Let's start cooking So I miss him a lot Get my pan on So this is four tablespoon of just Cooking vegetable oil I'm using one tablespoon of pure butter Eastern brand For cardamom One cassia bark stick
One bay leaf When you put the garam masala in the oil It just releases its natural Aromas and Flavor now this is 600 grams of chicken Thigh I like the chicken thigh it's got Fantastic flavor the chicken breast can Be a bit rubbery and you can use the Chicken on the bone that's the best for The most flavor A lot Don't be tempted to stir when you see The chicken changing in color then give It a still be easier at this moment the Cold chicken has hit the pan and it can Stick to the pan and you don't want the Chicken to get ripped right beautiful People As you can see the chicken is slightly Changing in color it's releasing some Nice Natural liquids There you go see easy So I've waited patiently and the chicken Has changed in color About four or five minutes that was on a High heat and now it's easy to maneuver The chicken As you can see Wonderful we're gonna need some salt so I'm going to add One So let all that seasoning go into the Chicken Where I'm going to add some grated
Garlic Sorry Ginger so this is one good Tablespoon Garlic So that's one I love garlic as you know if you watch My recipes so I'm using one and a half Tablespoon love garlic Let all that rawness of the ginger and Garlic Start frying up into that Chicken stock the natural chicken stock And the oil Beautiful smells Divine as soon as that Ginger and garlic hits the oil and the Ghee the waft Absolutely aromatic beautiful lid on Come back to it in a few minutes right Chefs let's check up on the chicken Yo This Looks divine it smells different you can Just eat it like that Chicken cooking away in that fat Ginger and garlic have come lovely and Golden That rawness smell has gone away Now Go to the next step And put the gas down Add some of these lovely Tomatoes just Cut it in half and just taken the eyes Out One
I'm not using any onions the tomato is Going to be a nice thickener to a lovely Gravy So I put the gas up Put the lid on And let the steam soften up the tomatoes And then we're going to take the Tomato Skin off this is going to create a Wonderful flavor promise Right to all the inspired chefs out There I'm going to add Some water it's going to help create a Lovely little steam and prevent Everything from burning and loosen up Those skins after tomorrow so there's a One cup of water Deglaze the pan as well There you go It's locking the steam And come back to another five minutes Oh look at this Chicken Lovely tomatoes Swimming in its natural juices It's going to be wonderful Right while the chicken's cooking away Yes cut these knuckle up use some gloves Guys if you're at home So I can visually see the Naga It's going to be cut into these Circles There you go and this one It's for decoration Naga all right let's
Have a look at the chicken I don't want to have the Tomato skin Floating around Amazing gravy this is going to be Tangy Sweet citrusy Put a lid on Still cooking on a high gas And we'll come back to it in about a few Minutes Right it's been a few minutes let's have A look All right these are the spices I'm using one teaspoon of ground Coriander powder half a teaspoon of Cumin powder half a teaspoon of turmeric Powder and one teaspoon of this is Kashmiri red chili this is mild cashmere Red chili I just want that flavor Because I'm going to use Naga for the Heat it's going to be a wonderful color As well Kashmir red chilli is different From just your usual red chili the usual Red chili is just the spice this has got A bit of flavor and a lovely color Let those spices cook and that spices Can get damp so you want it to hit that Oil and just cook out Put a lid on and we'll come back to it Shortly [Music] Lovely thick gravy Just reduce the gas down Now this is your Naga That's enough for that flavor that
Intense flavor that's one whole Naga Gone in there and look at that redness From the tomatoes and that kashmiri Chili I've just turned the kettle on I'm going to add some water for the Correct consistency and then it's very Ready to eat So let all that Naga Infuse into that Sauce so the Naga is infusing Wonderfully Lovely thick sauce This is boiling water One cup of boiling water Put the gas up to a high Let all that Naga flavor extract Out To the sauce Amazing Put on a medium simmer And we'll come back to it in a few Minutes Wonderful Right this wonderful Naga Karai Is come to the end Put the gas in a simmer check this out It's got a lovely sauce you want a nice Little sauce and look at that color This is divine Fresh coriander Turn the gas off Some a lot Lovely karahi Buna Wonderful
A piece of that Naga There you go Voila Chicken Nagobuna karahi Loves a tomato amazing spices lovely in Flavor Look at that To die for a This is wonderful Amazing aromatic Cooking at its best now let's give this Baby A Taste beautiful so amazing chefs Out there This Chicken nugabuna In all its Gloria Wonderful dish Let's give it a taste [Music] Cut up See it there Oh oh that wafter that Naga now let's Give it a taste Bismillah Um Wow Tangy flavor for those tomato the sauce Is divine Wow I love tomato Garlic And it's hating me now back of the Throat nug I've only added one That's enough
