The winters are set in And I'm sure you want
to eat something lovely Delicious And warm. So let's make the Bajre Ka Soyta. For this dish, I had soaked 1/2 a Kg of Bajra In water for about half an hour Then I've drained it And now I'm just pounding this coarsely. You can use a mixer/grinder as well But I prefer pounding the grain. So this hardly takes a few minutes And a little bit of strength. So you can pound it on a mortar and pestle Now I'm going to make this
process really simple and easy for you. So first let's heat 3 tbsp of Ghee. Let's add 3 tbsp of Garlic paste 3 tbsp of Ginger paste Just let's mix this. Now let's quickly add Half a kg of boneless Mutton. And let's sear the Mutton On a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Now you might get shocked with the amount
of Chillies I am going to add to this But trust me it's going to taste nice. So I'm going to add
about 25 slit green Chillies These are the spicy ones And then along with the Chillies Four Onions that are sliced. And now we will just saute this Till the Onions are slightly translucent
Now let's add The Bajra seeds to this. And mix this well as well. Let's add 2 tbsp of Chilli powder 1 tsp of Turmeric powder A tbsp of Coriander seed powder Stir this again. Now we have mixed this well And let's add 6 cups of water to this. Let's add Salt to taste. Let's give this a final stir. And cover and cook this For at least 45 minutes Till the meat and the bajra are done. You can use a pressure
cooker also to cook this Soyta. After 45 minutes, This is how the Bajre ka Khichdi
or the Soyta is going to looking. It's all done I'm going to give this
a lovely Ghee ka Tadka. Let's add Ginger juliennes So here I've julienned
about an inch of Ginger Let's fry them till they
are slightly golden And now let's add some Dry Chillies And now let's pour this over the Khichdi Let's remove this Bajre ka Soyta in a serving bowl. This delicious Nutritious Bajre Ka Soyta You must try in this winter And let me know And keep watching 'Get Curried'
