This will look On our way to another episode inspired This video is a follow-up from my behind The scenes video when I made a fantastic Pakistani style Chelsea Style karahi with cooked with Chicken or on the video I cooked two Massive chickens and it was about over Two and a half kg however this dish is Just using 600 grams of chicken and it's So simple to do very few steps anybody Can cook this if you follow my recipes And once you've taste it in the end You're just going to be blown away from All that flavor there's no spices Involved in this just use a bit of Cracked Pepper natural ingredients Tomato ginger garlic green chilies and Then cracked black pepper and a little Bit of coriander to garnish absolutely a Wonderful dish and anybody can cook this Dish it's so simple so easy to do so I Want you to try it and if you enjoy what I do make sure to hit the like button it Helps the video push it up the algorithm And if you haven't already subscribe to The channel more videos are the tips Inspired let me show you this wonderful Recipe Right here are all the ingredients This is about 600 grams of chicken I use Chicken thighs I find it very flavorful With that red meat Etc beautiful much Better than the chicken breast uh four
Medium sized tomato Loaves of garlic ginger green chillies And the only seasoning I'm going to be Using is pepper so white ground white Pepper black pepper whichever you prefer And some oil this is it for a fantastic Pressure wire Style Chicken karahi Wonderful Four tomatoes Eight cloves of garlic One inch cubed Ginger Eight green chilies Little drizzle of water So Blitz this on the chopper blender for A few minutes Voila there you go Wonderful Bismillah let's start cooking We've got one cup of foil about 250 ml When the oil is nice and hot we're gonna Add the chicken What lay down we'll come back to in a Few minutes right it's been a few Minutes let's have a look I've used a lot of oil because I want The chicken to have that fried flavor And I'm going to remove some of the oil Later When you cook it for a few minutes and Not touch it It doesn't stick at the bottom Three four minutes cooking it on a high Heat And the chicken is changing in color
Wonderful The lid back on And we'll come back and check out Another few minutes right all you Amazing chefs it's been a good eight Minutes since I've added the chicken Into the oil Just want to draw out all the liquid So this needs for the high heat a good 10 minutes cooking so give it a few more Minutes and that will be Ready for the next day Where all you amazing chefs out there The chicken's been cooking for a good 10 Minutes now in that oil You want to get that fried flavor in the Chicken can you see the color Reduce the gas One Two Three pull It's taken away about 10 tablespoon of Oil I'm gonna add some salt Salt to taste for one heat teaspoon one And a half teaspoon is perfectly fine There you go with our mix You can use this chicken infused oil for Other cooking it's going to flavor the Dish wonderfully now the special paste Go in Foreign Crank up the heat to a high And let this cook in the chicken and the
Chicken fat Put the lid on and we'll come back to it In about three to five minutes Right the sauce since I've added the Sauce it's been cooking for a good five Minutes let's have a look Wonderful Basically I want that rawness of the Ginger and garlic to go so now I want The liquid to evaporate and I want the Sauce to become nice and thick so I'm Going to leave it open without the lid And cook it Right since I've added the sauce look at That The oil Is slowly separating Wonderful And when you want to separates that's When I know it's ready So what I'm going to do put a low gas Then just let it simmer One teaspoon of cracked black pepper It's already spicy because there's green Chilies but This Pepper's gonna give it a wonderful Flavor Coriander And let it cook on a very slow gas For about three to five minutes and We'll come back to it shortly right you Amazing chefs out there look at this Look at this See it there
