So let's start cooking I'm taking garlic Cloves sliced Ginger and green chilies Add little water and close the jar and Blend it into a fine paste a garlic Ginger chili paste is now ready now We'll move on to the second paste for That I'll add some chopped coriander Turmeric red chilli powder cumin powder Garam masala coriander powder black Pepper powder salt curd I'll add some Water to it and mix into a fine paste Other paste is also ready now we'll Start marinating the chicken for that First I'll add ginger garlic chili paste Coriander and yogurt paste raw mango Puree some fresh cream I'll add the Chickpea flour and now we'll massage the Chicken nicely now we'll start putting The chicken on the skewers for that I'll Take one skiba put in a slice of onion One capsicum the oil is heated up I'll Start putting the chicken sweepers now Keep turning the chicken till it's Perfectly cooked Is ready I'm going to switch off the gas First I'll sprinkle some lemon juice Then freshly chopped coriander and there You go guys Is now ready
