Ingredients:
2/3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Bhuna onion
1.5 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup tomato puree
1 portion of pre cooked lamb
1 – 1.5 tbsp garlic pickle
1 tbsp kasoori Methi
1/2 wedge of tomato
250ml base gravy
Coriander to garnish & enjoy!

Welcome everybody to another episode of Latifs inspired today I'm going to show You a lovely little secret from a British Indian restaurant a recipe this This is the Lamb garlic chili wonderful Dish very popular in the restaurant and One of my personal favorites and I use a Secret recipe which I'm going to review So make sure to hit the like button if You haven't already make sure to Subscribe watch till the end for this Amazing recipe and I can't wait to try This lamb garlic chili buno wonderful Dish Right to cook this lamb Garlic chili you need to have a base Gravy so I'm just heating up the base Gravy there you go And look at the ingredients so I've got Some chopped garlic you need loads of Garlic for this lamb garlic chili this Is the booned onion if you want this Recipe let me know in the comment Section it's really simplified just cook Down onions wedges of tomato this guys Is a fresh tomato puree rather than Using the concentrated tomato puree I Really enjoy making my own so basically All I've done is just stuck one tomato With a bit of water and whisked it up in The blender that's all it is these are My spices you can use a general curry Powder if you wish this is my spice mix So I like a curry powder one and a half
Tablespoon one tablespoon of cashmere Chili powder because I'm going to use a Lot of green chilies I don't want it to Be too spicy Kashmiri chili powder slightly milder This is garam masala in meat garam Masala is brings out the flavor and a Lovely little Aroma as well so these are Green chilies as I showed you cassery Dried methi leaves and you must have Pre-cooked lamb I've got a pre-cooked Lamb on the channel so please have a Look so let's start cooking they've got The gas on Bismillah so I'm going to use About two tablespoon of cooking oil Right now I'm going to use some chopped Garlic this is a proper heat tablespoon Of garlic we need loads of garlic for This dish I'm going to use one teaspoon of salt Salt to taste guys Give this a whiz [Music] The gas is on a very high Reduce it to a medium We're using half a cup of Fruit and Onions This is already cooked down so it's not Going to it's not going to reduce down Even more these onions In size About what the garlic When it's nice and golden it's amazing So we just want the rawness of the
Garlic to go away And we want the onion the onions so let This heat up In a medium low gas You need a lot of garlic for this guys To bring out that flavor the proper lamb Garlic British Indian restaurant style The base gravy is Coming up to a nice Heat It just got a little bit just to heat up With this Curry Amazing look at that Nice consistency not too thick and not Too runny One right it's literally been a couple Of minutes now these are your spices one And a half tablespoon of mixed powder And one tablespoon of kashmiri chili Powder kashmiri chili powder is a little Bit mild that's why I've used it because I'm going to use a lot of green chilies And half a teaspoon oh sorry one Teaspoon of garam masala Bismillah You need the spices to hit the oil 20 40 Seconds it just basically just wakens up The Aromas fresh tomato puree look it's Got lumps you know it hasn't been Blended down properly but it's fine Fresh stuff is always better Now I'm going to crank up the heat You can see the lumps of the tomatoes It's perfectly fine natural ingredients Reduce the heat down Foreign
This is one portion of lamb The pre-cooked lamb wonderful now the Secret It's a very successful lamb garlic Curry Is a garlic pickle So I look at this You see it there loaves of garlic you Must have a garlic a child to go with This or you can make a paste yourself so I'm using one and a half tablespoon of Garlic pickle this is one tablespoon of Kasuri dried methi Four to six green chilies Half of tomato [Music] That pickle the garlic pickle is a game Changer Now if I was to be cooking this one pot Dish I've got a chicken garlic chili I Would have cooked my own garlic down However this is like a Char so it's got Loads of spices in that pickle so that's That nice little secret for you guys to Try one little base gravy about 250 MLS There you go this is a thick burner That's all I'm going to need I'm going to crank up the heat There you go let this cook on a simmer I'll come back to it shortly Right here you go The curry is thickening up wonderfully I Always say when it's a custard Consistency but this is a proper Authentic bunner so I want it to be nice
And thick Oh look at that Amazing Foreign Beautiful See it there Wonderful Right now A bit of coriander there you go Turn the gas off Look it up Lamb garlic chili with My Little Secret That I revealed you're gonna have the Best lamb garlic chili better than Restaurants and takeaways my promise my Stamp off approval this looks delicious Mouth is salivating I need to try this Now let's give this a try Come close there you go check this out The green chilies the pieces of garlic Chunks of garlic lovely sauce hugging The lamb let's give it a taste and all That lovely coriander Bismillah Wow Crispy Crunchy little bites of the Garlic That booned onion thick gravy This is why this is one of the most Popular dishes on the menu Those green chilies have released some Lovely spices That kashmiri chili powder got that Wonderful redness The color that garam masala
