Right something lovely is simmering away And it is a fantastic new Curry just for You guys you might ask what am I making Today well I am making I don't know what to call it it's uh It's a egg yogurt curry with onions and Peppers and it is absolutely delicious So let's not waste any more time and Start cooking Foreign So I have got here 12 eggs and I'm going To Um put some boiling water on top of These And now I'm going to boil these eggs for Exactly eight minutes Two onions gonna finely chop this I'm going to start with a nice hot pan Two to three good heat tablespoon of Sunflower oil I'm just going to heat This up first And while this is heating I'm just going To peel all these eggs that are Completely cooled down and I'm just Going to peel them And then it just peels off Easily Once this is nice and hot I have peeled The onion the eggs just gonna cut it in Half and just fry it It's like a quick Sealing of the eggs kind of almost One that is frying I'm gonna chop one Onion and one green pepper just into
Pieces And just in a few minutes So I'm going to cut these all out Now in in the same pan I haven't done Anything to the oil the eggs are done I'm just going to add the onion that we Chopped up And the green pepper I'm just gonna cook this on high heat For five minutes I just want a very Light color on them Now this is perfect five minutes it's Done and I'm gonna take this out Plate It's gonna put it on the same plate as The eggs because We will go in the curry at the same time So that's all out we've still got a Tablespoon or so of oil left which is Just plenty we're gonna add a bay leaf And a cinnamon stick and a teaspoon of Cumin seeds and if you think it's not Enough oil then add in a tablespoon more Then I'm just going to add in the finely Chopped onions It has got all the lovely flavors from Frying the onions and peppers and frying The eggs which is why we're doing Everything in the same pan I'm gonna Cook this for good eight to ten minutes Until golden So it's looking lovely and beautifully Golden I'm going to add two teaspoons of Ginger and garlic paste and put for a
Couple of Few seconds [Music] Next I'm adding ready passata tomato Kind of paste 200 grams You can use tomato puree you can use Fresh tomatoes This is like my kids version of Kind of tomato sauce Cook this for a minute on high heat as It is And then gonna add around 100 200 mL of Water Just leave it on it bubble up Now is the key where I'm going to cover And let this simmer for good 15-20 minutes But on low heat So Um this has been cooking for 20 minutes I'm gonna cut the lid off and what we're Going to do is Add some more stuff first things first I'm going to turn the heat off no heat Just turn it off and I am going to add The yogurt in first In goes four tablespoons of natural Yogurt And I'm gonna first mix it before I move On the herb is still off The gases off I'm just gonna mix it up And now add the spice stop I just need Basic spices for this so I have got salt
So a teaspoon of salt goes in a spoon of Turmeric powder A teaspoon of garam masala A teaspoon of chili powder and Most importantly A tablespoon of Dried fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi Actually make it one and a half And they come dry and if you just rub Them they kind of break a little bit Further Enhances the flavor even more now we Turn the heat on Back again Um Oh look at that just look at that Love Eunice Jesus So it's bubbling away nicely and now I'm Going to add in Oh All the lovely Egg Peppers onions And then Give it a good mix the yolks will Obviously come out of the whites which Is absolutely fine what it's going to do Is add more flavor to the sauce with the Yolk S unbelievable I'm gonna Infuse it even further I'm going to Cover and cook this on low heat for 10
Minutes All right 10 minutes later That is Curry this is just I'm so excited about This and the thing is that this is Perfect you can taste it it will adjust The salt and chili according to your Taste I am cooking this for my friends So I've made a big pot of rice and I Made a big pot of DAL makhanies to go With it Um it's piping hard and I've also made a Cake which I'm going to ice and finish Now Plate it up Right there it is At this time if you want and when you Are plating it up if you see the whole Spices it's a good time To take them out just before serving And that's it I am so looking forward to This Um I really don't know what to call this Dish egg Masala onion pepper egg Curry Yoga Tech Curry I need your help so let Me know what you would call this in the Comments below I am going to scoop out One of these eggs there's some Masala in Here [Music] Oh my gosh it just it does oh no I Didn't put the um Coriander
