Introduction
This flavorful tandoori chicken wings recipe achieves the same restaurant-quality tandoori flavors and taste, yet is surprisingly easy to make in your air fryer or oven (no traditional tandoor required!). As with most tandoori dishes, these chicken wings are marinated with creamy yogurt and Indian spices These spicy wings are perfect for a family dinner and can also be made in a big batch for a crowd. Preparing the Tandoori Masala
4-5 Dry Red Chillies
10-12 Cloves
1 tsp Peppercorns
12-15 Green Cardamom Pods
2 Black Cardamom Pods
1 blade Mace
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/4 Nutmeg
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Salt (as required)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Asafoetida
Marinating the Chicken
10 Chicken Wings
2-3 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Tandoori Spice Masala
2-3 tbsp Chickpea Flour
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
Salt (as required)
For Smokiness
Charcoal
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
Butter
**Bake the Wings for 25-30 minutes @250° Celsius
For Garnish
Chaat Masala
Coriander Leaves

Hi guys! This is your
Punjabi Chef Prateek Dhawan Not just any Dhawan, today I am the one! And I'm going to create A delicious mouth-watering treat Known as 'Tandoori Chicken Wings' So let's start cooking. First, we are going to make
Tandoori Chicken Masala For that, I'm going to take a pan. Switch on the gas. Once the pan starts getting hot, I'm
going to first add Dry Red Chillies 10-12 Cloves, 1 tsp whole Peppercorn, 12-15 Cardamom pods, 2 Black Cardamom pods, Mace, Cinnamon Stick, Fenugreek Seeds, 1/4 Nutmeg, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Dried Fenugreek Leaves And to balance the heat of the
spices, I'm going to add little Salt. We are going to dry-roast these
spices from at least 2 minutes Till they start releasing aroma. Well these spices have
released their aroma. I'm going to let them cool down for a while And then I'm going to
add a little more spice to it. And grind into a fine powder And our Tandoori spice will be ready. To the dry roast spice mix I'm going to add a few spices In that, I'm going to add Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Ginger powder
And Asafoetida. And there you go guys, our
Tandoori spice is now ready. Let's start making the marination, For that, I'm going to
take the Chicken wings. To that, I'm going to add Curd, Ginger-Garlic paste, Tandoori spice, Chickpea Flour, Lemon juice. To add a little smokiness to the wings I'm going to add Mustard Oil, Freshly chopped Coriander And lastly some Salt. Now let's start mixing it all together. Tandoori Chicken Wing
marination is now complete. We had kept the wings aside for
resting in the meanwhile I've heated a coal Which will add good
smoky flavour to the wings. I'm going to take the coal
and place it in the center Of the Chicken wings. To that, I'm going to add
Dried Fenugreek Leaves And Butter. And immediately close it And let it rest for more 15 minutes. The Chicken wings are nicely smoked Let's start placing
them on the baking tray. After placing the wings on the baking tray I'm going to bake the wings
for at least 25-30 minutes At 250°C And there you go guys
our Tandoori Chicken wings Are now ready, let's start garnishing them. Sprinkle some Chaat Masala And freshly chopped Coriander. And there you go guys
