Introduction
The term βBhunaβ refers to a cooking technique in which a medley of spices is roasted and gently fried in oil. Traditionally, the technique was used for preparing meats but today, it has extended to all kinds of ingredients. The slow frying of the spices brings out the oils which flavor the whole dish. Bhuna Chicken Wings is an Indian take on crispy chicken wings. We have spiced it up with some Bhuna masala which is usually a base for all the curries.
