Today I’m gonna share this.
Curry Udon Noodles transforming Leftover curry!
You can make curry udon noodles from leftover curry just in 10 mins!
《Cooking time》approximately 10mins
《For 2, you will need 》 1 tsp=5ml, 1 tbsp=15ml
500ml leftover curry
2 frozen udon noodles(could be dry udon noodles)
spring onion
300ml hot water
Seasoning:
1tsp katsuo dashi(Japanese powder stock)
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp mirin
1tsp sake
《Method》
1. slice spring onion
2. boil frozen udon noodles and drain the water
3. put leftover curry into pan and add seaspning, hot water
4. bring to boil and simmer for 5mins
5. put udon noodles into bowl and pour curry soup
6. put spring onion on top and done!
《cooking tip》
Curry udon soup is thinner than curry rice sauce,
So you have to add hot water and seasoning.
