Let's see how to make interesting dish
which is called the Murgh Bharwa Mirch. Let's heat 2 tbsp. of Mustard Oil. Pinch of Asafoetida or Hing And a tsp. of Garlic Paste. Let's sauté this for a few seconds. Let's quickly add 1/2
a kilo of Chicken Mince. We need to sauté this mince
till all the water dries up. As you can see the chicken
is cooked in its own juices. Let's add some Salt. Here I have some Achari Masala Which is easily available in the market. I'm going to add a tsp.
of this Achari Masala And a tsp. of Garam Masala And now, let's mix this. Now, let's cover this
and cook it on a low flame For 3-4 mins. So while the Keema is getting
cooked, let's prepare the chillies. So here, I have these Jodhpuri Chillies Which I have slit and I
have deseeded them. We are just going to
squeeze some Lemon Juice. Let's sprinkle some Salt on this And a tbsp. of Oil. Let the chillies rest in
this mixture for 5 mins. So now the mince is ready as well. And let's stuff this into the chillies. Now for this dish, we are
going to prepare a cheesy gravy. For that, let's heat 2 tbsp. of Oil And splutter some Carom
Seeds – about a 1/4 tsp And we'll immediately add
3 tomatoes that are pureed. Let's cook this tomato
puree for 3-4 mins. Now, let's quickly add
a tsp. of Ginger Paste. A tsp. of Garlic Paste And let's cook this for a minute. Let's add some spices.
So I'm going to add a
tsp. of Red Chilli Powder. 1/4 tsp. of Cinnamon Powder. 1/4 tsp. of Mace Powder. 1/4 tsp. of Clove Powder And 1/2 a tsp. of Green Cardamom Powder. Now, let's mix this. Let's add a cup of Yogurt to this. I'm just going to gently
whisk this and add it And now, let's sauté
this till the oil separates. As you can see the oil has separated. Let's add 1/2 a cup of Cheese. You can use cheese of your choice. We haven't added salt because
we are going to add cheese. Now, let's just adjust the salt. Mix this well. Let's add 1/4 cup of water to this And cook this gravy for a minute. And our gravy is ready. Let's shut the flame and now
we have to fry these chillies. The pan is hot. Let's heat a tbsp. of Oil. Let's just place the chillies on the pan. Let's shallow fry these
chillies for 3-4 minutes. Now on the same pan, let's add the gravy. Let's evenly spread this gravy And now, place the chilies. Let's cook these chillies with the
gravy for 3-4 mins on a low flame And our Murgh Bharwa Mirch
will be ready to be served. It's a beautiful recipe. Very easy to make, you
can serve it with Parathas Or just bread. Simple Pav will taste amazing with this. Do try this recipe, let me know,
