Let's begin by taking chicken mince and Into it goes finely chopped onion ginger Garlic paste chopped green chillies Chopped coriander turmeric chili powder Coriander powder garam masala powder and Salt now mix it well Then add a beaten egg with some bread Crumbs and mix it now let's add some oil And mix again Next let's shape this mixture into Kebabs Then in a heated pan add oil ghee and Fry the kebabs on medium Heat [Music] Now add sour cream garam masala powder Red chilli powder and chopped coriander Leaves Then place the kebabs on the pan cook it For a few minutes and serve it hot on a Plate And there we have our
