A chicken manchao we need to start with A pot of cold water and add in chicken Breast to which I'm adding some slices Of carrots garlic salt to taste a Chicken stock Cube while the stock is Getting done let's chop a few vegetables The first one carrots cabbage and Peppers in the same chicken stock I'll Also blanch some noodles let's heat some Oil once the oil heats up we need to Drain the noodles and these now straight Go in hot oil You can discard the garlic and carrots Let's quickly check the noodles as well Give these a flip and allow this to cook On the other side as well and in the Same oil let's start making the soup Once the oil begins to smoke I'll add in Ginger and green chili Crush chopped Garlic I'll add in the chopped Vegetables I'll add in the chicken stock While this is boiling I'll add in soy Sauce salt and pepper let's start Shredding the pieces of chicken I'll add In the pieces of chicken is a whole egg Just crack it open slurry of corn flour Some coriander your chicken mancha soup Is ready
